In order to be ready for the start date, there are a number of tasks to complete to ensure that you are ready to 'hit the ground running'.

Exercise Plans (with Videos)

You will be able to select an exercise plan that best suits your fitness level together with your preferences. The exercise plans include both strength and cardio workouts that may be done at a gym or in your home or local park. There are also videos to help guide you through the various exercises.

mindset lessons

You will receive education on 'Head stuff'. All those factors such as eating triggers and sabotage factors that can work against you in your pursuit of your best life.

weight loss tips

You will receive regular weight loss tips via Twitter and facebook.

support - forum

You will be part of the PB Weight Loss Team and as a part of that team you will not only receive the support of the PB staff but also all of the other Weight Loss Challenge participants via the PB Weight Loss Forum. You will feel a strong sense of connection as you share your journey with the other participants.

progress assessments

You will complete regular progress assessments which you can monitor on your personal profile page.

Accountability

We know that accountability is one of the keys to gaining success in your weight loss efforts. The staff at PB will do all that they can to help you stay accountable to your purpose.

Education

You will receive education in all areas relevant to weight loss and you creating your best life.

Inspiration

You will receive inspiration not only from your own success but also the success of the other participants.
