Does the program cater for different fitness levels?
All of the exercise programs have options for all levels. It is prudent however to consult your Doctor's advice before starting any new exercise program.
Do I need to join a gym?
No, you do not need to join a gym. The workout plans have options for training from your home with little or no equipment or in a gym. You will have the option to purchase additional equipment to support you but it is not necessary.
What if I suffer an injury?
Firstly, it is important that you gradually increase both the volume and intensity of any exercise performed to lessen the likelihood of injury. If an injury is sustained, it is often the case that you can 'work around' the injury in order to continue some form of exercise. You should however seek medical advice on what you can safely do.
